One of the more popular materials used in the manufacture of our Flight Cases is Astroboard. This has a 7 mm polypropylene honeycomb sandwich construction.
Available in Grey, Black, Blue or Red, Astroboard weighs 40% less than the equivalent thickness Laminated Plywood. Visibly, no different to a traditional laminated plywood Flight Case. Strong yet makes a lightweight flight case.
Due to it's lightweight characteristics, there is a limit to the size of case we can manufacture.
