Ryder Cup Flightcase

The PGA recently contacted Dragon Cases in view of designing a new flight case for the Ryder Cup. We have supplied several flight cases for the Ryder cup over previous years as we hold the Cad template for the shape, but the cup has had an extra tier added to the base to accommodate extra winners’ name plates, hence a slightly larger flight case and profile was required.

Not a lot of people know, but there are actually 4 identical Ryder cups. The original cup is held in a vault in the PGA headquarters, 1 is used for presentation to the winning team, also Johnny Walker Whisky and the Americans have exact replicas. 3 of the cups that are in this country are all housed in Dragon designed flight cases.

We also design and manufacture nylon/pvc padded bags and poly transit cases for the storage and transportation of delicate items.
