SHOCK MOUNTED 19" RACK CASES
The “Ultimate” in protection comes from our Shock Mounted rack cases range. Flight Cases to house industry standard 19" rack mounted equipment made from Birch plywood faced with a high pressure laminate available in many colours. Hardware includes steel ball corners, recessed catches and handles. An essential solution for transporting delicate equipment.
Featuring a floating powder coated steel sub-frame allowing complete air circulation, with punched rackstrip front + rear, suspended with 8 rubber Anti-Vibration units which can safely support and transport up to 200kg in weight.
Subframes are available in depths - 14” (362mm) - 32" (807mm) in 2" increments. These are normally mounted 25mm off front and rear of case. (Adding 50mm to depth of case body). Shockmounts are available with bearing loads of 50kg, 90kg & 200kg per set of 8. Please state preference when placing order.
Price List
Cases of unit size 6 and over include 100mm swivel castors, 2 of which are braked, with blue rubber tyres. These are mounted on 18mm Birch ply wheelie boards. Castors can be fitted on unit sizes 4 and under for an extra cost of £45.00.
Castors can be mounted on the rear of the case at an extra cost of £29.00 to cover the cost of extra handles.
Rack shelves are available for extra weight support.
