“DRAGON” Custom Built Flight cases are made to order in a range of colours and finishes using hp laminate or phenol faced birch plywood or ultra lightweight Astraboard. Aluminium extrusions and zinc plated hardware are then added using steel bifurcated rivets wherever possible. Bifurcated rivets’ holding power is much greater than the standard aluminium pop-rivets used by most manufacturers. This ensures the protection of what ever is being carried inside.
Company logos can be silk screen printed on to the cases if required.
Working closely with the customer, our custom built flight cases are carefully and accurately designed by our sales team using a specially adapted CAD (Computer Aided Design) program.
A copy of the drawing is then sent to the customer for approval before commencing production.
