CUSTOM INTERIORS
Flight case interiors can be designed based on the characteristics of the equipment with the purpose of absorbing shock. A variety of different interior padding materials are used, the most common being a high density Plastazote foam. Dividers and trays can also be fitted.
On larger quantities (due to tooling charges), high precision profiles can be cut into foam inlays by means of CNC routing or water jet cutting. This maximises the protection of the objects being transported.
As shown in this Production Flight Case, drawers and internal dividers can also be fitted to maximize individual storage solutions.
